Fiammetta Di Lorenzo

 

Fiammetta Di Lorenzo earned a doctoral degree in Italian Modern Literature at the University of Siena (2008). After teaching Italian language and culture in France secondary public schools, she completed a second Ph.D. in Italian and French Studies at Duke University (2019). She worked on female authors writing during the Fascism (Paola Masino, Anna Banti, Laudomia Bonanni, Alba De Cespedes) and on Luciano Bianciardi. Her current research focuses on the Italian and French novel of the 19th century.
